Things that make me come alive, in no particular order: Writing, reading, laughing so hard it hurts, sincerity, dancing, singing (loudly, in my shower… sorry, neighbors), music that makes me dance or cry, cooking, being outdoors, traveling, taking a million photos when I travel, movies, doing something good for someone else, standing up for what I believe, football season, BBCE, learning something new.
One of the concepts in “The Artist’s Way” is that by allowing yourself to pursue your creative impulses, your life becomes your art. What makes you come alive?
children and grandchildren, friends, photography and its technology, reading (when I can), movies, animals, generally have a good time…love a good laugh
